Change your mind? Send it back in original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Free size exchanges
Rings and bracelets can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days — no restocking fee.
Original packaging required
Items must come back in their original box with with the same tags, and any included items.
Final sale on custom pieces
Engraved, resized-to-order, or made-to-order pieces can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing fault.

Jewelry is personal, and sometimes a size or a piece just doesn't work out that's fine. Here's exactly how returns and exchanges work, in plain terms.
1. Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item for a full refund of the item price.
The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with any tags or protective film still attached.
2. Sizing exchanges
Rings , Necklaces and bracelets , ordered in the wrong size can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, free of charge, as long as the piece hasn’t been worn or altered.
We’ll ship the new size out once we receive the original piece back and confirm it’s in resalable condition.
3. What can’t be returned
Custom-engraved pieces, made-to-order items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
4. How to start a return or exchange
Email info.egsilver@gmail.com or send a Whatsapp message with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or a size exchange, and we’ll send you return instructions.
Please don’t send anything back before we’ve confirmed the return — we won’t be able to process items that arrive without a return authorization.
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping is the same price as shipping cost when buying it for the first time. Sizing exchanges due to our sizing guide being unclear or an error on our part ship both ways at no cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 2-7 business days as maximum .
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing fault.
7. Damaged or faulty items
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to cover return shipping.
