Hi, we're EG Silver.

When you browse EG Silver, we collect basic device and usage information (browser type, pages viewed, general location) through analytics tools.
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order history.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers — those are handled directly by our payment processor( Vodafone Cash & InstaPay ).
2. How we use your information
To process and ship your orders, and to contact you about order status, delivery issues, or returns.
To maintain your account, remember your cart and wishlist, and personalize the products we show you.
To send order confirmations and, if you’ve opted in, occasional emails about new collections or offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
To detect fraud, prevent abuse of the site, and keep our systems secure.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep your data
We retain order and account information for ever to handle returns, warranty claims, and loyalty programs to analyze trends and improve the customer experience.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data
